DISABLED ACCESS

We are striving to make Beautiful Days more accessible for people with disabilities.

We have a designated flat camping area, disabled toilets, disabled parking and viewing platforms in the main arena and in the Big Top. Beautiful Days takes place at Escot Park. Some areas are hilly and can be more difficult for those in wheelchairs or with mobility problems to access. Please get in touch if you have specific needs or concerns and we will do our best to help you.

Live-in vehicles and camping: There is a designated flat area of land for camping and live-in vehicles for patrons with disabilities, which is adjacent to the main festival site. Space is limited.  Please email in advance and tell us if you need to stay in a vehicle or if you want to camp in this area. We will send passes in advance of the event. If you need to stay in a vehicle then you are NOT required to purchase a campervan pass. Passes to camp in this area and for vehicles MUST be agreed in advance, it is unlikely it will possible to issue passes on the day. Please note: We are unable to accommodate caravans.

Disabled parking: A limited number of disabled parking spaces are available for cars next to the disabled camping area. Disabled parking is free and passes are issued at the discretion of the festival - you must apply for disabled parking from the festival. These passes are different to the general car routing/parking passes. A Blue Badge does not apply at the festival and does not, on its own, entitle you to disabled parking. Disabled parking must be agreed and accreditated by the festival in advance.

Carer tickets: There are no ‘disabled’ tickets. Your ticket is the same as everyone else’s. We offer free tickets for carers and these are issued at our discretion and are subject to availability.

We offer free tickets for carers, disabled camping, disabled vehicle passes and viewing platform passes. All passes must be agreed in advance and issued in advance. Applications and requests are at the discretion of the festival.

For all enquiries about disabled access or to receive an application form for passes please email laura@beautifuldays.org with 'ACCESS' in the subject line.
