TRAVEL

Festival address: Escot Park, Nr Fairmile, Devon, EX11 1LU

BY CAR: Escot is just off the A30, between Exeter and Honiton. Exit the A30 at Daisymount (eastbound) and at Iron Bridge (westbound). Please follow AA signs for the Blue Route to get to the festival site. Don't follow your sat nav - follow the AA signs! Your routing sticker (car routing/parking pass or campervan pass) will help us to guide you on to the site and parked. There is ample parking on site, please try and car share to avoid traffic and congestion. If you are being dropped off please follow signs for the RED ROUTE.  If you are planning to travel to the festival in a car or campervan then please buy a routing pass in advance. It will make your entry to the festival much smoother. Please note: we cannot accommodate caravans. Please do not park off the festival site. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed.

CAR SHARE: Save money, save the planet and meet new people at the same time. We've teamed up with LIFT SHARE to make sharing transport to Beautiful Days a lot easier. By car sharing you can save on travelling costs, reduce cO2 emissions and cut congestion.

BY BUS: Details about festival buses for 2011 are not yet available.

BY TRAIN: Call the 24hr National Rail Enquiries Line on 08457 48 49 50 for rail information and booking. Festival buses will run from Exeter to Escot, see bus information for times and details when they are available. The nearest train station to Escot is Feniton. The festival runs a FREE SHUTTLE BUS service from Feniton station on the Friday (only). Please look out for the bus which will be clearly marked to get a lift to the festival site rather than walking from the station. The shuttle will run all day to and from the station.

BY AIR: Exeter International Airport is situated off the A30, 5 miles from Exeter towards Escot Park. There are no buses from the Airport to the festival but a taxi from the airport will take about 10-15 minutes. You can fly to Exeter Airport from places including Liverpool, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow. For details of flights, go to www.flybe.com

WEEKEND NON-CAMPERS: For those not camping at the festival, we would suggest finding somewhere very near the festival site or booking a B&B, Guest House or Hotel in Exeter. Please contact local tourist information centres for details on accommodation.
