2021 FESTIVAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Everyone – working, performing or attending – will be required to prove their Covid-19 status to gain access to the festival site to reduce risk to you and others around you. This is NOT a ‘Covid Passport’. If you have not had the vaccine then you can take a free test.

Please read the following information and what you need and when. We will happy to answer any queries you have

You will need to provide either:

PROOF OF VACCINATION
Both doses received, with the second at least 14 days prior to the festival
OR
PROOF OF A NEGATIVE NHS LATERAL FLOW TEST
Taken within 48 hours prior to your arrival at the festival
OR
PROOF OF NATURAL IMMUNITY
Based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of the festival (inc 10 days self-isolation following the result).

We will need to see proof of one of the above at the Entry Gate to the festival before we are able to exchange your ticket for a wristband. Under 11’s do not need to prove their status.

HOW DO I SHOW MY COVID-19 STATUS ON THE GATE?

IF YOU’RE FROM ENGLAND:
The easiest way to prove your status is with an NHS COVID PASS which will show your COVID-19 vaccination details or Lateral Flow Test results. Full information here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/nhs-covid-pass and on the NHS website here https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/

Get a digital version using the NHS App (not to be confused with the NHS COVID-19 Tracing App). Download the pass as a PDF or it can be sent to you in an email. We advise you print it. You must be registered with a GP surgery in England to use the App.
OR
Get a paper version (for vaccination status only) – this can be sent to you in the post. You can request a Covid Pass letter two weeks after your second dose of the vaccine and you should get it within 5 working days. Either request a letter online from the NHS website https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/get-your-covid-pass-letter/ or call 119.

FROM SCOTLAND:
You can request a printed copy of your vaccination status online or by phoning the COVID-19 Status Helpline. Letters will be sent by first class post and should arrive within 14 days
Obtain your status proof here: https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine/after-your-vaccine/get-a-record-of-your-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-status
OR provide proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test, by reporting the result here https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result  and presenting your NHS email or text notification at the entry gates.
FROM WALES:
People in Wales cannot currently use the NHS app to access their NHS COVID Pass and vaccination status. Go to gov.wales to get printed vaccination status here
https://gov.wales/get-nhs-covid-pass-show-your-vaccination-status-travel
OR provide proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test, by reporting the result here https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result  and presenting your NHS email or text notification at the entry gates.
FROM NORTHERN IRELAND OR OUTSIDE THE UK:
Provide proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test, by reporting the result here https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result  and presenting your NHS email or text notification at the entry gates.

NHS LATERAL FLOW TEST

If you are proving your COVID-19 status using a FREE NHS Lateral Flow Test this must be taken BEFORE arriving at the festival and the result registered – we are not testing on the gates, we need to see the result.

Order free packs of lateral flow tests here https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests or you can collect tests to do at home from pharmacies and some community centres, such as libraries. You can also find a local rapid flow test site near you on that same link.
Report your result here https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result

If you’re in England, your test result will be available on the NHS Website or NHS App shortly after reporting. From outside England you can test, register the result and bring an email or text showing the result.

STAYING OFF SITE?
You will be asked to prove your Covid-19 status every time you re-enter the festival.
After 48 hours, a new negative Lateral Flow Test result will be needed if you are not showing proof of full vaccination or natural immunity.

CHILDREN
Under 11 years of age do NOT need to prove their Covid-19 Status
11 years and above will need to take an NHS Lateral Flow Test. Follow steps to register the result at  https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result and show your child’s text or email confirmation with the negative result.
